Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

• Major cities: 2–4 business days
• Regional areas: 3–6 business days
• Remote areas: up to 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations.

Free Shipping

Orders that qualify for free shipping will be delivered using our standard courier service.

If an order that qualified for free shipping is returned for a refund, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your delivery.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.

Woolhaven cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product.

If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the courier.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available depending on the destination country.

Customers are responsible for:

• Import duties
• Taxes
• Customs clearance fees

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
