No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of yarn products, Woolhaven does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

We encourage customers to carefully review their order, product details, and colour selections before completing checkout.

Product Colours

Every effort is made to display the true colour of yarn on our website. However, colours may vary slightly due to:

• Screen settings
• Device differences
• Dye lot variations

For this reason, products cannot be returned based on colour preference or variation.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and product so we can investigate the issue with the courier.
